68 Coaches were in attendance to a technical course held recently in Belarus. This training course which gathered 54 men and 14 women was held from 13^th-16^th December 2011. It was conducted by Vladimir Elchaninov a 6^th Dan well known Russian expert, appointed by the International Judo Federation.

On the theoretical level the expert focused on the methodology, techniques and tactical judo aspects. The control of loads intensity while learning judo was also scheduled in the syllabus.

The planned practical sessions were dedicated to judo masterclass techniques, kumi-kata methodology (grip and attack, gripping strategies, development of grip strength), biomechanics and judo exercises.

The coaches showed great interest to the different planned learning activities. They all received a participation certificate at the closing ceremony.

Mr Elchaninov was very thankful to National Judo Federation and National Olympic Committee of Belarus for all their support and contribution to the success of this training activity.
