The coaching session started on 26th December 2011 and ended on 5th January 2012. It was conducted by Ahmed MOUSSA, a 7th Dan IJF expert from Algeria. During this course, the attendees have undergone very interesting teaching points to meet their needs and requirements. The theoretical sessions focused on:

   • How to deal with strees

   • Behaviour of the coach during the competitions

   • Body building of the athlete and doping risks
 

 

The practical sessions were oriented on the following items:

• Nage Waza

  Ashi Waza    Koshi Waza Te Waza    Sutemi Waza

• Nage Waza   Saekomi Waza Shime Waza    Kwantsu Waza

• Kumi Waza
 

The coaches were motivated and dedicated. They showed great interest to the course. The expert was very thankful to the Olympic Committee and National Federation of Saudi Arabia for the precious contribution to the great success of this training activity. During the closing ceremony the coaches received a participation certificate.
