The commission is composed with former World Champion Ruben Houkes, Ziggy Tabacznik, Saptra Doru, Saso Sindic, Paschini Ubaldo.
 
The IJF is very proud about the establishment of the commission. The commission has developed a strategy for the upcoming three years. One of the main aims is, stimulating a structural and worldwide offer of judo for (primary school) children during and after school hours.
 
Judo is a educational activity and is a indispensable link in the education of a child between the ages of 5-12.
 
In upcoming months School judo programmes, train the trainer programmes, a uniform logo and messages will be developed. And first steps are being taking to implement programmes in several countries.
